Accounts Manager

Job Description

Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate financial records by entering data into the accounting system and verifying the accuracy of transactions. Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries as required by management. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. Assist with payroll processing , including calculating wages, preparing paychecks, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes. Assist in conducting financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards . Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance , including preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliation of GST data, and handling of input tax credit. Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) responsibilities, including timely deduction, deposit, filing of TDS returns, issuing of TDS certificates, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
