Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle the complete finance and accounts function for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of property-related taxation, receivables, payables, and compliance specific to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including receivables, payables, and project-wise expenses.

· Handle Property TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance and ensure timely payments and filings.

· Maintain and reconcile accounts related to customers, vendors, and contractors.

· Oversee billing, collection, and follow-up for customer receivables.

· Ensure timely vendor payments and proper documentation.

· Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project financial updates for management.

· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and real estate-specific regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of Property TDS, Receivables & Payables in real estate projects.

· Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

· 5+ years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
