As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and address the needs of both new and existing customers, ensuring their success while using our product. You will achieve this by establishing effective communication channels with clients and collaborating closely with internal team members to promptly resolve any customer issues that may arise. Your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively across departments to engage all stakeholders in the customers" success journey.
