Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, and books finalization at the corporate office. Consolidate accounts of the company and its units. Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and inter-unit transactions. Compliance & Audit Ensure statutory compliance under Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable laws. Handle assessments, audits (statutory, tax, internal, GST), and liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulators. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for statutory purposes. Budgeting & MIS Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for management review. Develop and present periodic MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards. Monitor working capital, fund flow, and cost control measures. Coordination & Leadership Work closely with accounts teams at the manufacturing plants. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and statutory authorities. Lead, guide, and mentor a team of accountants at the corporate office. Hands-on experience in ERP/accounting systems like SAP, Tally, or similar platforms. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Attributes Experience in group-level finance consolidation. Exposure to handling multi-location operations.
