🔹 Job Title: Accounts Manager 🔹 Location: Borivali West, Mumbai 🔹 Job Type: Full-Time 🔹 Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting and financial operations for a travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in travel industry accounting, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost sheets for domestic and international tour packages Ensure accurate billing and payment tracking for travel services Handle GST and TCS compliance specific to the travel industry File A2 forms for foreign remittances Reconcile accounts with ticketing partners and airlines Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely payments Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and confirmations Manage TDS computation and filing Oversee general accounting and bookkeeping tasks Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in the travel industry Strong knowledge of cost sheet preparation and reconciliation Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and basic accounting tools Familiarity with international hotel booking platforms Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications BCom degree is mandatory Practical experience in GST, TDS, and foreign remittance compliance Exposure to travel accounting processes and vendor management What We Offer: Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with an experienced and passionate team Exposure to dynamic travel projects Career growth and professional development
