Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in Vadodara. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation and analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing payroll, overseeing cash flow, and communicating with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation, and Analysis
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Management
• Strong understanding of Accounting Regulations and Compliance
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the car rental industry is a plus
