Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Manager to handle finance, taxation, banking, and compliance across all three units – PS Camshafts, PS Components, and PS Foundry. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial operations, accounting, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting & taxation operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Manage banking processes and liaise with CAs for statutory compliance.
Supervise purchase, procurement, and dispatch workflows across all units.
Ensure GST return filing, ESI/PF challan preparation, and timely payments.
Conduct reconciliations of banks, customers, and vendors.
Handle export documentation, stock statements, and document renewals for banks.
Ensure accurate bill booking and financial record-keeping.
Collaborate with other departments for smooth execution of commercial functions.

Who should apply:

Professionals with 8+ years of experience in finance, taxation, or commercial operations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, compliance, and banking procedures.
Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different units.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling financial audits and reconciliations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
