We are seeking a Production Manager for the Machine Shop to oversee daily operations across CNC, VMC, HMC, Grinding, and Induction Hardening lines. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently with a focus on quality, machine utilization, manpower planning, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with customer delivery requirements. Supervise operations across CNC, VMC, HMC, Induction Hardening, and Grinding processes. Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, and productivity KPIs and drive improvements. Ensure daily manpower planning, shift scheduling , and task allocation for operators and supervisors. Review and resolve production bottlenecks and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure in-process and final product quality standards are maintained. Oversee tooling, fixtures, job setup , and material availability to ensure smooth production flow. Lead daily production meetings and report progress, challenges, and improvement plans to senior management. Maintain shop floor discipline, 5S, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols . Implement Lean Manufacturing practices and support cost reduction initiatives. Ensure timely training and skill enhancement for operators and technicians. We are looking for a Quality and Audit Manager to lead quality assurance, drive internal and external audits, and act as a key liaison for customer quality-related communications. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire quality management system (QMS) across all units – Camshafts, Components, and Foundry. Train and guide quality inspectors and team members on quality standards, tools, and procedures. Monitor quality KPIs such as rejection rates, rework percentage, and customer returns.
