Job Description

Role:

Job Responsibilities and Duties Accounts Manager

  • Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including

    AP, AR, payroll,

    and the

    general ledger

    .
  • Handle the full set of accounts, including

    import, export

    , and

    customs activities

    .
  • Prepare

    financial statements

    ,

    management reports

    , and

    budgets.

  • Monitor

    cash flow

    ,

    banking activities

    , and

    reconciliations

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    accounting standards

    ,

    tax regulations

    , and

    audit requirements

    .
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Coordinate with the

    finance team

    ,

    management

    , and

    external auditors

    .
  • Analyze financial data to

    support decision-making

    and

    cost control.

  • Implement

    accounting policies

    procedures

    internal controls

  • Manage statutory requirements related to finance and factory operations.
  • Possess knowledge of international accounting practices for handling

multi-region operations

Education / Skill Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum

    5 Years Experience

    Required.
  • Professional certifications

    (CA, CPA, ACCA

    ) preferred.
  • Strong accounting and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (

    SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, ERP

    ).

  • Excellent analytical
