Role 1: Procurement Manager (5 Years Experience)

Job Responsibilities Procurement Manager

  • Lead and manage the

  • Oversee import and export of materials, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and supplier selection plans.
  • Approve RFQs, bids, contracts, and major purchase orders.

  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with engineering, projects, and finance for procurement needs.

    API and ASME standards

Education / Skill Requirement

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain management
  • Min 5 years in Procurement activities

  • Strong leadership

    and team-management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract-management abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Role 2: Procurement Engineer (3 Years Experience)

Job Responsibilities & Roles Procurement Engineer

  • Execute day-to-day procurement activities in line with project and operational requirements.
  • Manage sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluations, and vendor communications.
  • Support import and export activities by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and contract documentation.
  • Maintain vendor records and support supplier evaluation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, material status, and inventory levels to avoid project delays.
  • Work closely with engineering, project, and finance teams to clarify technical specifications and procurement needs.
  • Support compliance with applicable standards such as API and ASME during material selection and procurement.

Education / Skill Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain activities.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and basic analytical tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings.

Oil & Gas industry experience is an added advantage
