Job Title: Accounts Manager -Manufacturing Process

Location: Mohali

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary : Rs. 20,000 - 40,000/month

About the Role:

We are seeking an Accounts Professional with strong experience in manufacturing process setup and cost accounting. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting functions, implementing cost-control measures, and ensuring smooth financial operations aligned with the company’s manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Set up and monitor accounting processes specific to manufacturing, including BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Progress), and inventory valuation.
  • Maintain cost sheets, product costing, and variance analysis for manufacturing activities.
  • Support in establishing processes for raw material procurement, consumption tracking, and finished goods costing.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for management review.
  • Work with production and operations teams to align financial tracking with manufacturing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in implementing ERP/Accounting systems for manufacturing.
  • Conduct internal audits, stock audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance financial control and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/ICWA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2+ years in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and process accounting in manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with production/operations teams and streamline financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in setting up accounting processes for a new manufacturing unit.
  • Exposure to automation and digital tools for finance.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Finance Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
