About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and financial reporting, especially within the Manufacturing & Production industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including ledger management, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports. Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS filing as per statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and internal audits. Supervise a team of junior accountants and guide them in daily operations. Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general taxation laws. Experience in financial reporting and P&L statements. Hands-on expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar). Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to manage and mentor accounting staff.
