Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality as per SOPs and regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP). Maintain and update quality documentation, including COAs/FSSC records, shelf-life studies, etc. Conduct internal audits and coordinate for external audits (FSSAI, FDA, FSSC, etc.).
