Accounts Manager

An Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, focusing on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Their core responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing strategic account plans, acting as the point of contact for issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. They also collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and manage the renewal of contracts. Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing tailored strategies for each account to meet client objectives and drive growth.
• Point of Contact:Serving as the main communication channel between clients and internal departments to address needs and resolve issues.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring clients are satisfied with products, services, and support, leading to retention and positive experiences.
• Opportunity Identification:Identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells within existing accounts to increase revenue.
• Contract Management:Overseeing contract negotiations, renewals, and agreements to maximize profit and maintain client engagement.
• Internal Collaboration:Working closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support.
• Performance Reporting:Preparing and presenting regular account performance reviews and reports to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
