As an Accounts Manager in Real Estate Development, your role will involve managing financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, and supporting the overall financial health of the real estate portfolio. Your experience in the Real Estate/Construction sector will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate recording, billing, and collection of account transactions. - Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets. - Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). - Handle audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis. - Provide financial insights to support management decision-making. - Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital/fixed asset reconciliations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, support statutory audits and compliance. - Implement and monitor accounting policies, processes, and internal controls. - Demonstrate strong expertise in Project Accounting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in Tally & MS Office. - Excellent communication and people management skills. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. It would be beneficial if you have: - Prior experience in the Construction / Real Estate sector. - Exposure to costing & financial analytics.
