MEP Engineer

As an MEP Manager in Real Estate Development with MIVAN Shuttering Experience, your role will involve overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects located in Visakhapatnam. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems in compliance with regulations, budgets, and timelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the entire MEP lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Acting as the primary contact for project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. - Managing the design, installation, and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ensuring all MEP work complies with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. - Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. - Identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks and issues. - Preparing and presenting regular project reports on progress and performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration with Complete MIVAN or Hybrid. - Proficiency with project management software and skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. - Ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflict, and provide clear direction. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and interacting with stakeholders. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and subcontractors effectively.
