Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by targeting MSPs, direct clients, and key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Lead outreach through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and account support.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and qualified resume submissions.
  • Send client requirements to recruiters, manage performance, and screen resumes before submission.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
  • Present custom capability decks and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain sales metrics and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.

  • Familiarity with MSPs and VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, IQNavigator).
  • Fluent English with excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage $1M+ book of business annually.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Must be willing to commit long-term

    to a high-impact role.
