Job Description

Assist in the mapping of existing accounting processes to ERP workflows.
Support data migration efforts, including data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for accounting and finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
Document observations, test cases, and help draft SOPs for new processes.
Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to identify configuration issues or improvement areas.
Work with finance leads to ensure accounting compliance is maintained in ERP workflows.
Provide day-to-day support in financial data entry, report generation, and analysis as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Interest in ERP systems like ERP Next, SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
Good command of Excel and comfort with data analysis.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Exposure to or coursework related to ERP systems.
Previous internship or project work in finance or accounting.
Familiarity with process documentation or audit support.
