Skills: Tally, GST, IGST, CSD, IT Filing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervising and mentoring the accounting team: This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures: Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Managing the overall accounting operations: Overseeing daily transactions, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements: Creating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Developing and managing budgets: Forecasting financial performance and identifying areas for cost savings.
• Providing financial analysis and insights: Assisting management with strategic decision-making.
• Managing relationships with auditors: Ensuring smooth audit processes.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards: Staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
• Managing vendor relationships: Ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Overseeing payroll and benefits administration: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
• Supporting tax planning and compliance: Managing tax filings and ensuring tax efficiency.
• Collaborating with other departments: Providing financial expertise and support to various teams within the organization.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls: Protecting the organization's assets and financial information.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks: Developing strategies to minimize potential losses.
