Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager with a strong background in the Advertising/Media industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a minimum of 10 + years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-spectrum accounting operations (AP/AR, billing, general ledger, reconciliations).

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.

Oversee client billing cycles and plan costing specific to advertising workflows.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and all statutory filings.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.

Lead internal and external audits and implement financial controls.

Collaborate with the Client Servicing teams.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of agency billing, media payments, and project costing.

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
