Key Responsibilities

Invoice & TDS Management

Booking and processing of vendor/customer invoices.
Calculation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns within statutory timelines.

Month-End & Closing Activities

Preparation and posting of month-end provision/adjustment entries.
Assisting in month-end closing and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Financial Reporting & Audit

Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.
Coordinating with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Reconciliation & Compliance

Performing vendor account reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Executing bank reconciliations on a periodic basis.
Ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.

MIS & Reporting

Preparing Excel-based financial reports, analysis, and dashboards.
Assisting management with ad-hoc financial data and insights.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and TDS compliance.
Hands-on experience in vendor and bank reconciliations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
Knowledge of ERP/accounting software (SAP / Tally / Oracle / other).
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

25 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
Strong understanding of taxation (TDS/GST) and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills for vendor and auditor interactions.
