Accounts Executive ResponsibilitiesQualification: Minimum Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)Key Responsibilities:• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accuracy in records.• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and credit card reconciliations regularly.• Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.• Manage TDS computation, deduction, and filing support.• Assist in GST data preparation, reconciliation, and return workings.• Maintain and update Excel sheets for payables, receivables, advances, and expenses.• Verify and process employee reimbursement claims as per company policy.• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and auditors for required information.• Support in Tally entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.⸻Skills Required:• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Reconciliation).• Good understanding of basic accounting, GST, and TDS provisions.• Experience in credit card and expense reconciliations.• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Qualifications
