Job Description

Account Executive (AE) manages client relationships, acting as the main link between clients and their company, focusing on sales growth, retention, and satisfaction by understanding needs, developing strategies, closing deals, and ensuring project success through collaboration with internal teams like marketing and support. Key duties include prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, tracking performance, and providing excellent post-sales support, making them crucial for achieving revenue targets.   Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the primary contact for all client needs and concerns.  Sales & Growth: Identify new opportunities, prospect for clients, present products/services, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales quotas.  Strategy & Planning: Understand client goals to devise effective plans, create sales strategies, and identify growth potential within accounts.  Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and support teams to deliver seamless campaigns and solutions.  Account Management: Oversee campaign progress, manage budgets, track performance, and provide regular reports to management and clients.  Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.
