Job Description: Accounts Executive Location: Bangalore Department: Finance & Accounts Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3 Years Job Overview Prism INC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing core accounting functions, payroll, and statutory compliance. You will support the finance department in day-to-day operations and ensure accurate financial records in compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounts including payables, receivables, journal entries, and ledger Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in fund flow tracking Prepare and file statutory returns including GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and PT Process payroll, calculate salaries, and manage deductions Support the finance team during audits and assist in preparing financial reports Track fixed deposits and manage basic LC (Letter of Credit) documentation Ensure timely and compliant handling of all financial records Deployment of 6 Orbits for task management, approval workflows, and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles Familiarity with Indian tax and compliance laws including GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC Skills Strong grasp of core accounting principles Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting Effective communication and coordination abilities Strong organizational and time management skills How to Apply Interested candidates can email their resume to hr@prisminc.in Subject Line: Application – Application for Accounts Executive About Prism INC With over four decades of expertise, Prism INC has been dedicated to providing Lighting for Every Space .
