Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in
Tally ERP
.
Maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial records.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts.

2. Billing & Invoicing

Prepare and generate
customer invoices
, delivery challans, and credit notes.
Track payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and maintain billing records.
Ensure timely submission of invoices for smooth collections.

3. Quotation & Tendering

Prepare
quotations, estimates, and proposals
as per client requirements.
Assist in end-to-end
tender documentation
, submission, and compliance.
Maintain records of tenders, pricing sheets, and follow-up reports.

4. Taxation & Compliance

Assist in
GST, TDS
entries and returns filing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

5. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal departments for billing, vendor payments, and documentation.
Communicate effectively in
English, Gujarati, and Hindi
with clients and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP
, accounting principles & MS Office.
Experience in
quotations, billing, and tendering
preferred.
Good communication skills (English, Gujarati & Hindi).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
