Job description:
Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing: Generate and manage client invoices (licenses, services, subscriptions), handle recurring billing, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Accounts Management: Maintain general ledger, journal entries, payables/receivables, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits.
Payroll Support (if applicable): Assist in salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT).
Reporting: Prepare MIS reports on revenue, expenses, receivables, and support budgeting/forecasting.
Software Tools: Work with Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks/ERP for accounting and financial data management.
