Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Lucknow Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage accounting and operational activities for our Lucknow location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, stock management, and daily financial operations, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily accounts and cash book. Monitor and reconcile stock entries, purchase, and dispatch records. Record and verify daily expenses, collections, and petty cash. Support in vendor payments and invoice verification. Prepare and share daily expense and collection reports with the head office. Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents. Coordinate with the central accounts team for month-end closing and reporting. Assist in stock audits and reconciliation of discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or warehousing operations. Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage accounting operations independently at the site level. Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (in hand)
