Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate and process sales invoices and proforma invoices. Maintain accurate ledgers and enter sales data in the accounting system. Update inventory records based on sales and purchase transactions. Handle credit notes for returns, discounts, and invoice adjustments. Ensure all credit notes are properly authorized and documented. Communicate with customers for finance-related clarifications. Prepare and manage expense reports with proper categorization. Assist in financial reporting and summary preparation. Handle TDS deductions, payments, and returns as per regulations. Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial laws. Answer client calls and support with finance-related queries. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales accounting or finance operations. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination abilities.
