Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks: bookkeeping, data entry, and voucher preparation.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank payments.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions in accounting software (e.g. Tally, Zoho Books, SAP).
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and queries.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support external and internal audit processes.
• Maintain financial confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (e.g. B.Com, M.Com).
• [1–3] years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with MIS reporting.
• Additional certification (e.g. CA Inter, CMA Inter) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
