Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Role: Outsourcing Accounts Executive / Senior / Manager

Location: Thane (W), Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping services for international/domestic clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS, IFRS, or US GAAP as required).
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll processing, and fixed asset accounting.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements – GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act filings, etc.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide customized accounting solutions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth delivery of services.
• Prepare management reports, MIS, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for clients.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in automation/digitization initiatives.
• For senior roles: Review work of juniors, provide training, and act as a point of contact for clients.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian and International accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Executive / Senior: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA with 1–5 years of relevant experience in outsourced accounting.
• Manager: Qualified CA/CPA/ Semi Qualified with 1–10 years of experience, including team management and international client handling (Optional).

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
