About the Company

We are a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company dedicated to innovation, compliance, and quality healthcare products. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
• Handle purchase, sales, expense entries, and bank reconciliations in Tally or relevant software.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work under the supervision of the Accounts Head.
• Support in vendor reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all financial transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in inventory accounting and cost sheet preparation.
• Familiarity with banking documentation and statutory returns.
