About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Lucknow. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate ERP reporting using SAP Business One.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting entries in SAP B1 including journal, purchase, sales, and payment transactions.
Ensure accurate preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns along with reconciliation.
Perform bank and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis.
Maintain and update books of accounts according to company policies.
Assist with audit schedules and support statutory compliance requirements.
Generate MIS reports using MS Excel and SAP Business One.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and clarification.
Support data integrity and transactional accuracy in ERP systems.

Key Deliverables

Timely and accurate accounting entries in ERP (SAP B1).
Compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Accurate and reconciled financial statements and MIS reports.
Effective internal and external audit support.
Consistent documentation and reporting compliance at the branch level.

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in SAP Business One.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Word.
Understanding of TDS, GST, and bank reconciliations.
Familiarity with audit schedules and ERP-based reporting.
