Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and expense vouchers.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Prepare MIS reports and provide data support for audits.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (vendors, auditors, consultants).

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented and strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, etc.).

1–3 years of experience in accounts/finance (fresher with good knowledge may also apply).

Experience in [industry, e.g., e-commerce, manufacturing, trading] will be an added advantage.

Salary 15000 to 20000
