Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Financial Management:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process daily sales transactions, inputting data into the accounting and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, assisting with the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with general bookkeeping and ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Barcoding and Inventory Management:

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, verifying product details against purchase orders.
• Generate and affix high-quality barcode labels to new inventory items, ensuring they meet company guidelines.
• Capture and process inventory data using specialized barcoding software and inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels in both the stockroom and the display areas of the showroom.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts to reconcile with book records.
• Track and report on slow-moving or damaged inventory, recommending appropriate action to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address any inventory or barcoding-related issues.
• Ensure the correct product information, including hierarchy and pricing details, is linked to each barcode.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
