Job Description

Accounts Management:

Oversee daily accounting operations including ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for budget deviations.

Audit & Taxation:

Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

CRM Management:

Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and sales pipeline tracking.
Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for business growth.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline CRM processes and improve customer relationship management.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate periodic financial and CRM reports for senior management.
Use CRM insights to support decision-making and strategy formulation.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and mentor junior accounting and CRM staff.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and CRM utilization.

System Implementation & Optimization:

Support CRM system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Identify automation opportunities to enhance accounting and CRM efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required:

8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and CRM management.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and CRM tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant financial software.
