Job Description

Role Overview: - Manage financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, and support financial planning and analysis. - Prepare and examine financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and record financial transactions. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor cash flow. - Support budgeting and forecasting activities, file tax returns, and collaborate with internal departments and external auditors. - Recommend ways to reduce costs and improve financial performance while maintaining the confidentiality of financial information. Key Responsibilities: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Have proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. - Possess a professional certification such as CPA or ACCA. - Be proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP. - Have a strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS. - Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
