Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel and Tally and possess a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role involves assisting with financial record-keeping, data entry, and general accounting support to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP.
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and purchase orders.
• Handle data entry, reconciliation, and reporting in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Support in GST, TDS, and other tax-related calculations & filings.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Formulas, Macros preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred: Knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll Processing, and basic financial compliance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
