Position: Accounts and Finance Manager – Purchasing Machinery Products

Location: Chimbli, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: 35k to 50k Per Month

Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in purchasing the machine tools industry

Qualification: B.Com / MBA Finace or professional certification.

Skills: -ERP Systems: Such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

-Accounting Software: Such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.

-Financial Analysis Tools: Such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services while negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial plans, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.

- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Oversee financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to optimize financial performance.

Purchase Reports:

- Purchase Order Report: Details purchase orders, including vendor information, order dates, and delivery schedules.

- Vendor Performance Report: Evaluates vendor performance based on delivery time, quality, and cost.

- Procurement Cost Report: Analyses procurement costs, including material costs, labour costs, and overheads.

Account Reports:

- Accounts Payable Report: Lists outstanding payments to vendors, including due dates and payment amounts.

- Accounts Receivable Report: Tracks customer payments, including outstanding balances and payment history.

- General Ledger Report: Provides a comprehensive view of the company's financial transactions.

Finance Reports:

- Financial Statement Report: Includes balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Budget Variance Report: Compares actual financial performance to budgeted amounts.

- Cash Flow Report: Tracks cash inflows and outflows, including cash reserves and funding requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
