Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to support our growing Indian CA practice, while also gaining valuable exposure to US client accounting.

This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in a CA firm, strong fundamentals in taxation, audit, and accounting, and are keen to broaden their skill set by working on international accounting processes.

The role will involve approximately 80% Indian accounting responsibilities and 20% US client accounting exposure, offering a well-rounded learning and growth opportunity.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesIndian CA Practice – Core Responsibilities (Approx. 80%)

• Accounting and bookkeeping using Tally, Zoho Books, and Xero
• Finalisation of books of accounts in accordance with Indian accounting standards
• Preparation and assistance in Tax Audits and Company Audits
• TDS payment, return filing, and reconciliation
• PTRC & PTEC payment and return filing
• Handling GST compliances, including:
• GSTR-1
• GSTR-3B
• GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
• Income Tax Return filing for individuals and entities
• Ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and cash reconciliation
• Preparation of financial statements, schedules, and supporting workings
• Client coordination for:
• Data collection
• Confirmations
• Timely statutory compliances

US Client Accounting – International Exposure (Approx. 20%)

• Assisting seniors in bookkeeping for US-based clients
• Data entry and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online
• Support for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Assistance in month-end closing activities
• Adherence to defined US accounting processes and reporting standards
• Opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international accounting workflows (training and guidance provided)

Must-Have Requirements

• Mandatory experience in a CA firm
• Hands-on experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Audit
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Exposure to GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings
• Ability to independently handle routine accounting and compliance tasks
• Good communication and client-handling skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to US or international accounting
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Experience with Zoho Books / Xero
• Strong Excel and reporting skills

Location Preference

• Candidates based in Pune or Maharashtra preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
