Accounts and Finance executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling GST, TDS calculation and filing, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Additionally, you will prepare bank reconciliation statements, manage petty cash, prepare and finalize financial statements including balance sheets, and assist with budget and cash flow management. You will also assist auditors with financial records for filings and audits. Utilizing accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other tools will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle GST, TDS calculation and filing - Prepare bank reconciliation statements - Manage petty cash - Prepare and finalize financial statements, including balance sheets - Assist with budget and cash flow management - Assist auditors with financial records for filings and audits - Utilize accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other tools Qualifications Required: - Typically a B.Com or MBA/PGDM in Finance - Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (especially Excel), and experience with financial reporting - Strong analytical and communication skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details: The company prefers candidates who can work collaboratively with other team members, ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, and meet strict financial closing and reporting deadlines.
