Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reconciliations, follow-ups, and support in month-end closing. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Accounts Receivable

  and

  Accounts Payable

  processes
• Prepare and post

  Journal Entries

  and maintain

  General Ledger

  records
• Vendor and customer reconciliations and follow-ups for outstanding balances
• Assist in

  Bank Reconciliation

  , expense tracking, and petty cash management
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting queries
• Knowledge of Quick Books/Xero will be added advantage
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting
• Experience handling

  AR/AP/GL

  is essential, Planning experience will be added advantage

• CA Inter

  preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills

  in English

• Proficiency in

  Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Ability to manage follow-ups and handle multiple tasks
• Quick Books/Xero/Sage knowledge will be added advantage
• High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
