Job Description

🔹 Job Responsibilities: Independently handle AP transactions, FAR preparation & execution. Ensure FEMA compliance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection. Perform weekly & monthly GL review and ensure data accuracy. Prepare monthly provisions & accruals and post entries in the system. Maintain Balance Sheet reconciliations & PNL variance analysis. Manage HFM closing for the Business Unit. Handle Monthly Flash submission and collect data points from sales & operations. Support Statutory & Internal Audit – schedules for AP, GL & FAR. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Oracle/JDE, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint. Good understanding of finance concepts and stakeholder coordination. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and teamwork mindset. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to drive change.
