Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accounts and Finance Executive at I P R S AND COMPANY, you will be part of a dynamic team providing financial services to clients across India. Your key responsibilities will include handling day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for Indian clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for Indian clients. - Prepare and maintain financial statements following Indian Accounting Standards. - Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS workings, and other statutory compliances. - Support internal and statutory audit processes. - Prepare management reports and financial analyses as needed. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments. Qualifications & Requirements: - CA Inter qualified with 2 to 3 years of articleship experience in accounting, audit, or finance. - Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills. - Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.,
