Role Overview
The candidate will handle daily finance work, support the founders with data and reports, and ensure smooth financial operations of the company.KRA – Finance & Operations Associate

• 1. Cash Flow & Budgeting
• · Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly cash flow statements and keep forecasts updated.
• · Prepare monthly/quarterly budgets and unit economics, with timely variance updates.
• 2. Consultant Coordination, Meetings & Action Tracking
• · Share all required data with the company’s consultant accurately and on time.
• · Attend meetings with promoters/consultants, prepare minutes with clear action points, and ensure timely closure of assigned items.
• 3. MIS Reporting & Founders’ Support
• · Deliver monthly/quarterly MIS reports with accurate financial and business numbers.
• · Provide required data and inputs to founders to support decision-making.
• 4. Accounting, Banking Operations & Internal Controls
• · Provide complete and accurate data for accounting work, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• · Process bank transactions, salary transfers and vendor payments as per company policy, with proper verification and controls.
• Preparing invoices and supporting sales team with data required.
• Managing Petty cash and vendor coordination.
• 5. Process Discipline, Learning & Reporting Improvements
• · Maintain clean, organised, and standardised data formats across all financial reports and documents.
• · Continuously improve skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and dashboards to enhance reporting quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,187.11 per month
