Position:

Finance & Accounts Executive / Graduate Trainee

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)
Candidates pursuing or having completed MBA (Finance) or related certifications will be an added advantage.Experience:

Experienced candidates (2–3 years) with exposure to accounting processes and financial reporting.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)General Ledger (GL)Bank ReconciliationCredit ControlJob Description & Responsibilities:

Recording, verifying, and posting accounting transactions accurately and timely.
Managing vendor invoices, supplier reconciliations, and payment processing (Accounts Payable).Monitoring customer invoicing, collection follow-ups, and reconciliation (Accounts Receivable).Preparing and maintaining General Ledger entries and assisting in monthly closing activities.Performing daily, weekly, and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, MIS, and supporting data for audits.Supporting the Credit Control Team for follow-ups, credit limit management, and timely recovery.Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders for financial data accuracy.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.KRA / KPI (Key Result Areas & Key Performance Indicators):

Timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Reduction in outstanding receivables and improved DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).Error-free reconciliations and month-end closing adherence.Strong credit control discipline and follow-up efficiency.Compliance with audit and statutory requirements.Contribution to process improvements and system efficiency within the department.Soft Skills & Competencies:

Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Tally/Logisys/ERP preferred).Ability to work in a team with a proactive and learning attitude.
