Role Overview

We are looking for a Catalyst Trainee to join our Accounting & Finance team. The selected candidate will work on core finance operations including accounts, reporting, audit support, and compliance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has completed their CA Articleship and is looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, and journal entries

• Support monthly closing, reconciliations, and reporting

• Manage vendor payments, receivables follow-up, and documentation

• Assist in audit preparation and internal controls

• Maintain financial records in compliance with accounting standards

• Collaborate across teams to streamline financial workflows

Eligibility & Requirements

• Mandatory: Completion of Articleship under CA 

• Graduate or pursuing PG in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools

• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with high accuracy

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setup
