Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Cum Admin Executive Job Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting systems. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile accounts. Monitor and report on the company’s financial status, including balance sheets, income statements, and other reports. Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support audit processes and maintain relevant documentation. Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Track accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely collection and payments. 2.Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure proper functioning of administrative systems. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate person. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic. Coordinate and manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments. Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee attendance, leave management, and documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. 3. General Support: Provide support to other departments in relation to accounts or administrative tasks. Handle general office management and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all areas of work.
