Key Responsibilities

🧾 Accounting & Finance

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally)
• Generate and manage client invoices and follow up on receivables
• Process employee reimbursements and track expenses
• Maintain petty cash and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as needed

🗂️ Administration & Office Management

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and basic IT needs
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords
• Maintain digital and physical records of contracts, bills, and company documents
• Support onboarding of new employees (documentation, setup, access)
• Coordinate team travel, internal events, and scheduling needs

✅ Compliance & Documentation

• Assist in tax and statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
• Ensure timely renewals of business licenses, contracts, and agreements
• Maintain compliance calendars and alert relevant teams
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles (startup experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of accounting tools and MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
