Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing and Assembly Supervisor located in Ghaziabad. The Manufacturing and Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring quality control, and coordinating production planning. The Supervisor will also be responsible for providing training to team members and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

The candidate is further:-

• Responsible for managing the assembly line and process.
• Responsible for carrying out in-house manufacturing operations.
• Responsible for keeping track of inventory.
• Responsible for training assembly line workers and/or helpers.
• Responsible for purchasing tools and equipment.
• Responsible for utility and facility improvement.
• Responsible for working hands-on on manufacturing and assembly processes if required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring high standards
• Ability to provide Training to team members
• Background in Manufacturing processes and techniques
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
