The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and supervising the production team. They will also be responsible for coordinating with different departments to optimise production processes. The role is on-site and is located in Ghaziabad. The candidate is expected to be:- Responsible for the procurement of Raw materials and bought-out parts (BOP). Responsible for managing manufacturing operations from Vendors. Responsible for CAD/design related to manufacturing or improvements. Responsible for Inbound logistics and logistics related to raw material. Responsible for Vendor evaluations and price negotiations. Responsible for Vendor onboarding and payment management. Responsible for Cost optimisation and taking steps to streamline/standardise processes. Qualifications Experience in Production Management, Scheduling, and Quality Control Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to coordinate with different departments and optimize production processes Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of robotics and/or manufacturing processes is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with production management software and tools Proficiency with CAD software eg. The role also involves visiting clients' offices or sites for the survey.
